\u0160kolstv\u00ed je jedn\u00edm ze st\u011b\u017eejn\u00edch t\u00e9mat rozvoje, kter\u00e9mu je vhodn\u00e9 v\u011bnovat pozornost. To si uv\u011bdomuje st\u00e1le v\u00edce z\u00e1stupc\u016f veden\u00ed m\u011bst a p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed koncep\u010dn\u00ed dokumenty a strategie, kter\u00e9 ur\u010d\u00ed sm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed jejich vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch instituc\u00ed do p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch let. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u011bchto strategi\u00ed jsou rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 dotazn\u00edkov\u00e1 \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed mezi rodi\u010di, d\u011btmi a pedagogy. V\u00fdsledky t\u011bchto \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed pak pom\u00e1haj\u00ed stanovit individu\u00e1ln\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed a pl\u00e1novat konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed aktivity a projekty zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed dlouhodob\u00fd proces zlep\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

Spokojenost rodi\u010d\u016f s mate\u0159sk\u00fdmi \u0161kolami jsme zji\u0161\u0165ovali v 89 \u0161kolk\u00e1ch, spokojenost rodi\u010d\u016f se z\u00e1kladn\u00edmi \u0161kolami v 58 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch. \u017d\u00e1ci odpov\u00eddali v 57 z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch a nejv\u00edce bylo za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kde odpov\u00eddali zam\u011bstnanci, jejich po\u010det se dostal a\u017e na \u010d\u00edslo 139.<\/strong> Celkem se do dotazn\u00edkov\u00fdch \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed zapojilo 3 347 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, 12 111 \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a 12 268 rodi\u010d\u016f d\u011bt\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edch a mate\u0159sk\u00fdch \u0161kol.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n

Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm identifikovan\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem je pro 89 % rodi\u010d\u016f kapacita ve \u0161kolk\u00e1ch. M\u011bsta maj\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm demografick\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy mo\u017enost pl\u00e1novat kapacity \u0161kolek n\u011bkolik let dop\u0159edu, a zajistit tak sv\u00fdm mal\u00fdm ob\u010dan\u016fm a jejich rodi\u010d\u016fm mo\u017enost do \u0161kolky nastoupit ve v\u011bku 3 let.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzvou, kterou 75 %  rodi\u010d\u016f zmi\u0148uje a nejde pouze o rodi\u010de d\u011bt\u00ed z mate\u0159sk\u00fdch \u0161kol, ale tak\u00e9 o rodi\u010de d\u011bt\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol, je nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 mo\u017enost pod\u00edlet se na chodu \u0161kol a jejich budoucnosti. P\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 a pravideln\u00e1 komunikace je pro rodi\u010de st\u011b\u017eejn\u00ed a d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1. \u0160koly by se m\u011bly v\u00edce zam\u011b\u0159it na marketing a propagaci sv\u00fdch pl\u00e1n\u016f a aktivit a zajistit alespo\u0148 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dnou participaci rodi\u010d\u016f na pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed, rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 v\u00fdstupy sv\u00fdch projekt\u016f. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

73% nespokojenost rodi\u010d\u016f s aktivitami, a tedy i krou\u017eky hodnot\u00edme jako p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysokou. Doporu\u010dujeme zam\u011b\u0159it pozornost nejen na samotnou v\u00fduku, ale i na n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 tr\u00e1ven\u00ed \u010dasu d\u011bt\u00ed v mate\u0159sk\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch a roz\u0161i\u0159ovat nab\u00eddku z\u00e1jmov\u00fdch aktivit nejen v samotn\u00e9 mate\u0159sk\u00e9 \u0161kole, ale i ve spolupr\u00e1ci s extern\u00edmi subjekty \u2013 sportovn\u011b pohybov\u00fdmi, hudebn\u00edmi, jazykov\u00fdmi a v\u00fdchovn\u00fdmi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

Naopak 76 % rodi\u010d\u016f velmi dob\u0159e hodnot\u00ed komunikaci rodi\u010d\u016f s pedagogy. Zaj\u00edmavost\u00ed je, \u017ee na rozd\u00edl od hodnocen\u00ed \u0161koln\u00edch j\u00eddelen na z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 dost\u00e1valy pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b zn\u00e1mku 2,1 ze 4stup\u0148ov\u00e9 \u0161k\u00e1ly, to rodi\u010de v mate\u0159sk\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch nevid\u00ed jako probl\u00e9m. Celkem 88 % rodi\u010d\u016f d\u011bt\u00ed v mate\u0159sk\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch vyj\u00e1d\u0159ilo spokojenost se skladbou j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku ve sv\u00e9 \u0161kolce zn\u00e1mkou 1!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

Jak u\u017e bylo zm\u00edn\u011bno, rodi\u010de kritizuj\u00ed \u0161koln\u00ed j\u00eddelny. A\u017e 86 % rodi\u010d\u016f vyj\u00e1d\u0159ilo nespokojenost se skladbou j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dk\u016f v z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch! Ot\u00e1zce stravov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou v n\u00e1vrhov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech koncepce v\u011bnov\u00e1ny s\u00e9rie opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed za c\u00edl stav zm\u011bnit a zlep\u0161it \u00farove\u0148 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed v n\u00e1vaznosti na spot\u0159ebn\u00ed ko\u0161 a mo\u017enosti \u0161koln\u00edch kuchyn\u00ed. Klasick\u00fdm opat\u0159en\u00edm je edukace kucha\u0159ek a vedouc\u00edch j\u00eddelen, sd\u00edlen\u00ed dobr\u00e9 praxe s progresivn\u00edmi \u0161kolami, projekty zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00edmi se na rekonstrukce a vybaven\u00ed \u0161koln\u00edch kuchyn\u00ed v n\u00e1vaznosti na energetick\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed a na spolupr\u00e1ci s lok\u00e1ln\u00edmi dodavateli pro nab\u00edzen\u00ed zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edch a atraktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch j\u00eddel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

To je zp\u016fsobeno nedostate\u010dnou komunikac\u00ed veden\u00ed \u0161kol s rodi\u010di. Tomu lze p\u0159edch\u00e1zet v\u010dasn\u00fdm pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00edm, implementac\u00ed komunika\u010dn\u00edch a informa\u010dn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f, vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm pedagog\u016f a \u0159editel\u016f v komunika\u010dn\u00edch dovednostech a vhodn\u00fdm nastaven\u00edm marketingu \u0161kol.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

Ot\u00e1zku, jak hodnot\u00ed\u0161 chov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00fdch spolu\u017e\u00e1k\u016f k u\u010ditel\u016fm, ozn\u00e1mkovalo 5 z 10 d\u011bt\u00ed trojkou a\u017e p\u011btkou!  Nejlep\u0161\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed se nedo\u010dkalo ani chov\u00e1n\u00ed. 58 % \u017e\u00e1k\u016f \u0161patn\u011b hodnot\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00fdch spolu\u017e\u00e1k\u016f k u\u010ditel\u016fm, ale i chov\u00e1n\u00ed mezi sebou. Z celkov\u00e9ho hodnocen\u00ed ale vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f (77 %) jsou \u017e\u00e1ci se svou \u0161kolou spokojeni, jen jim ob\u010das chyb\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost uplat\u0148ovat sv\u00e9 z\u00e1jmy a schopnosti.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

Nejv\u00edce nespokojen\u00ed jsou zam\u011bstnanci s finan\u010dn\u00edm ohodnocen\u00edm a dal\u0161\u00edmi finan\u010dn\u00edmi benefity (35 % z dotazovan\u00fdch). 58 % dotazovan\u00fdch nejv\u00edce motivuje mor\u00e1ln\u00ed podpora (pod\u011bkov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f nebo rodi\u010d\u016f, uzn\u00e1n\u00ed koleg\u016f) a jen 27 % dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch je spokojeno s finan\u010dn\u00edmi benefity od zam\u011bstnavatele (stravenky a p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvky ke mzd\u00e1m). Tento fakt m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobovat dal\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9my v zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed. H\u016f\u0159e tak\u00e9 zam\u011bstnanci hodnotili mo\u017enost kari\u00e9rn\u00edho postupu v zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed (33% nespokojenost) a d\u00e1le v 18 %  poci\u0165uj\u00ed ne\u00fanosnou pracovn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e a je pro n\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 skloubit soukrom\u00fd a pracovn\u00ed \u017eivot.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

Aby se zlep\u0161ila situace ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch na z\u00e1klad\u011b shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00fdch dat z dotazn\u00edk\u016f, je pot\u0159eba implementovat n\u011bkolik kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed. Prvn\u00edm krokem je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed kapacity mate\u0159sk\u00fdch \u0161kol, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee zahrnovat stavbu nov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nebo roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed a p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch prostor. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 zlep\u0161it zapojen\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f a \u017e\u00e1k\u016f do rozhodovac\u00edch proces\u016f ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch, \u010deho\u017e lze dos\u00e1hnout zaveden\u00edm pravideln\u00fdch setk\u00e1n\u00ed, anket a diskusn\u00edch f\u00f3r, kde mohou vyj\u00e1d\u0159it sv\u00e9 n\u00e1zory a p\u0159ipom\u00ednky. Zlep\u0161en\u00ed kvality \u0161koln\u00edho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed je tak\u00e9 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 a m\u011blo by se zam\u011b\u0159it na spolupr\u00e1ci s lok\u00e1ln\u00edmi dodavateli pro nab\u00edzen\u00ed zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edch a atraktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch j\u00eddel. Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed nab\u00eddky z\u00e1jmov\u00fdch krou\u017ek\u016f by m\u011blo reflektovat aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1jmy a pot\u0159eby student\u016f, co\u017e zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed jejich anga\u017eovanost a spokojenost. Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed je rovn\u011b\u017e zlep\u0161en\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00edho ohodnocen\u00ed a pracovn\u00edch podm\u00ednek zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, aby \u0161koly p\u0159itahovaly kvalitn\u00ed pedagogick\u00fd a nepedagogick\u00fd person\u00e1l a podporovaly jejich profesn\u00ed r\u016fst.
